By accessing and using CasApp.ai ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. CasApp.ai is a practice interview platform designed to help international students prepare for UK university Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) interviews.

2. Service Description

CasApp.ai provides AI-powered mock interview practice for students applying to UK universities. Our service includes:

• Simulated CAS interview questions
• AI-generated feedback on interview responses
• Voice and text input options
• Progress tracking and performance analytics
• Access to training materials and sample questions

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

CasApp.ai offers three subscription tiers:

• Student Plan: £19.99/month for individual students
• Agent Plan: £99.99/month for education agents managing up to 50 students
• University Plan: £499.99/month for universities with unlimited students

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After 7 days, payments are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Upload malicious code or content
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of CasApp.ai, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, question banks, and AI feedback systems, are owned by CasApp.ai and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

CasApp.ai is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. CasApp.ai is a practice tool only and does not guarantee success in actual CAS interviews or university admissions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CasApp.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using CasApp.ai, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with applicable UK data protection laws.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
