⚠️ IMPORTANT: New Financial Requirements from 11 November 2025

The UK Home Office has increased fund maintenance requirements for Student Visa applications from 11 November 2025.

Students applying on or after this date must show:

  • London: £1,529 per month (up to 9 months) = £13,761 total
  • Outside London: £1,171 per month (up to 9 months) = £10,539 total

Critical: Funds must be held in the bank account for at least 28 consecutive days before applying for your CAS and visa.

  • Be ready to describe what your course covers, including key modules or subjects.
  • Understand how you'll be assessed — exams, coursework, projects, or presentations.
  • Explain why you chose this particular course and how it fits your future goals.

Sample Question: "Why did you choose this course, and how will it help your career?"

3. Funding Your Studies

You'll be asked: "How will you fund your studies in the UK?"
